1. The service

Tajamu is a live audience-engagement and presentation platform. We may improve, change, or add features over time.

2. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for activity under it, and for keeping your credentials safe.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use Tajamu for anything unlawful, harmful, or abusive, and don't disrupt the service or others' use of it.

4. Your content

You own the content you create. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and display it to run the service. You're responsible for the content you publish to your audience.

5. Plans & payment

Tajamu is free during the launch period. Paid plans and their terms will be presented clearly before any charge applies.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Tajamu is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.

7. Termination

You can stop using Tajamu anytime. We may suspend access for violations of these terms.

8. Governing law & contact
