Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what Tajamu collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Tajamu you agree to it.
1. Information we collect
- Account data: your name, email, and organization, via our authentication provider.
- Content you create: events, decks, slides, questions and settings.
- Audience submissions: poll votes, answers and questions — joined anonymously by default.
- Usage and device data needed to run and secure the service.
2. How we use it
To provide and improve the service, run your live events, keep accounts secure, and respond to you. We do not sell your data.
3. Service providers
We use trusted providers for authentication, hosting, storage, and — only when you use AI features — to generate or summarize content. They process data on our behalf under agreement. AI features can be turned off per organization.
4. Data location
We are committed to keeping data within the region and are migrating remaining services in-Kingdom. Where a provider currently processes data outside the Kingdom, it is disclosed in our data agreement.
5. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, export, or delete your data. Contact us and we'll help. Deleting an event permanently erases its audience responses.
7. Changes & contact
We may update this policy and will revise the date above. Questions? Email hello@tajamu.com.
